Booking and Payment

Booking Process

Services must be booked in advance through our website, email, or other contact methods. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings honor the agreed price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

Cancellations made 7+ days before: full refund. 3-7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund, but may reschedule once within 3 months.

Workshop Cancellations

Workshop cancellations: 14+ days: full refund. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund but may transfer to another date.

Our Cancellations

If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: arrive on time for sessions, complete any pre-session work, provide accurate information, respect coaches and other participants, maintain confidentiality of other participants' information, and provide feedback when requested.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is owned by Bristle Hammer and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Client Materials

You retain ownership of any speeches, presentations, or content you bring to coaching. We may use anonymized examples for educational purposes with your permission.

Session Recordings

Recordings of coaching sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without written consent.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and session content. We will not disclose your participation or any information shared during coaching without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Bristle Hammer provides professional coaching services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Professional Standards

Our coaches maintain high professional and ethical standards. However, our services do not constitute legal, medical, or psychological advice. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access, transmission of malware, harassment, data mining without permission, and impersonation.
